DRESS CODE Releases in HR Force: 'Organization' and 'Organization Planning' to Empower Organizational Management
Dress Code Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yuuki Ejiri) has released two new products in the DRESS CODE "HR Force" series: "Organization" and "Organization Planning," which enable companies to efficiently and accurately manage their organizational structure and personnel placement. These products allow for advance planning and registration of organizational design involving various factors such as department restructuring and personnel transfers, with automatic reflection on scheduled application dates. By visualizing planned transfers and change history, they facilitate smooth decision-making between management and on-site operations, enabling planned organizational management.
Background
In recent years, organizational and personnel management has required flexible responses throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and placement to development and turnover—due to increasing workforce mobility. Additionally, the division of roles between HR departments and business departments has diversified, creating complexity that conventional uniform personnel management cannot adequately address. Against this backdrop, the following challenges have become increasingly serious:
- Complexity of Organizational Changes: Personnel transfers, department restructuring, and position changes are intricately intertwined, making it difficult to establish appropriate organizational structures and personnel placement
- Difficulty in Schedule Management: Inability to manage future organizational and personnel information in systems, leading to concentrated work at implementation times
- Lack of History Management: No change history is retained, making it impossible to track transitions from past to present
- Manual Inefficiency: Existing systems only allow registration of current information, making advance preparation and consideration of multiple options impossible
Given these circumstances, organizational change operations often fall behind schedule, compromising planning and transparency. To address these challenges, we have released "Organization" and "Organization Planning."
Product Overview
"Organization"
A product designed with a dedicated organizational management database and display layout that flexibly accommodates diverse organizational designs and future visions that companies may have. It allows you to check not only current organizational structures but also past organizational information.

"Organization Planning"
A product that centrally manages planning, execution, and history management for organizational restructuring. It accurately manages organizational transitions such as new establishments, inheritances, and consolidations/abolitions, while enabling simulation of multiple organizational scenarios for the future and comparative analysis. Created organizational plans can be managed from draft to finalization status. On restructuring dates, finalized plans are automatically reflected in organizational charts, and they seamlessly integrate with related operations such as updating personnel ledger affiliation information and SaaS account permission changes, preventing manual errors and response omissions.

By combining both products, you can centrally manage past, present, and future organizational information, smoothly handling preparation, implementation, and history confirmation of transfers and restructuring. This achieves improved accuracy and reduced man-hours in daily organizational management operations.
Key Features
Organizational Planning
Create and manage future organizational change plans in advance, setting application dates and registering change information. Multiple organizational restructuring plans can be considered and compared in parallel, enabling selection of optimal plans.
Organizational Structure Management
Comprehensively manage addition, modification, and abolition of organizational units. Hierarchical structures and levels can be flexibly set, and parent-child relationships and sibling organization relationships can also be expressed.
History
All organizational change history can be retained. By specifying dates, you can also check past organizational charts. Change processes and impact scope can be accurately understood and utilized for audits and management decisions.
Organizational Chart Display Function
Display organizational charts in tree or hierarchical formats, visually managing hierarchical relationships. Past and future organizational charts at specific points in time can also be referenced, enabling comparison of structures before and after restructuring.
Planning Finalization and Reflection Function
Created restructuring plans go through approval and finalization processes and are automatically reflected in actual organizational structures. This automatically updates member department affiliations and positions.
About "DRESS CODE"
"DRESS CODE" is a workforce management platform that eliminates structural friction between people and operations. Business operations related to "people" within companies—such as HR, information systems, and general affairs—have different tools, ledgers, and processes by department, leading to chronic inefficiencies such as personalization, duplicate work, and information fragmentation. It was created to fundamentally review these "frictions" and achieve cross-functional, sustainable business optimization.

Through a product configuration combining SaaS and marketplace, it approaches corporate operation challenges that conventional single-function SaaS could not solve. At its core, it establishes common architecture and core databases, achieving cross-departmental information linkage and business process design for HR, information systems, and general affairs.
Currently, it offers three series: "HR Force," "IT Force," and "GA Force," with plans to expand to a six-series system covering recruitment, project, and governance areas. It has usage records in Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and other countries, and will continue to strengthen products and services to provide essential problem-solving and value delivery for users both domestically and internationally.
